My story
Hi, I’m Jordan. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over a decade, growing and evolving as a coach through personal experience, education, and mentorship. My expertise includes personal training, nutrition coaching, intuitive eating counseling, and mindset coaching. For much of my career, I was also a competitive bodybuilder.
Through my personal journey, I experienced firsthand the toll that an obsession with physical appearance can take. The pressure to stay “stage-ready” and the mental weight I carried became overwhelming, leading to struggles with body image, mental health, and an unhealthy relationship with food. Recognizing how much this was affecting my overall well-being, I knew I needed to change—and I did.
Today, I’m free from food addiction and body dysmorphia, and I’m passionate about helping others overcome their own challenges. Whether you’re struggling with weight loss, body image, food patterns, physical fitness, or mental roadblocks, I’m here to guide you toward balance and fulfillment.
