My story
Jordan Macdonald
Jordan has been in the fitness industry for over a decade, providing nutrition coaching and training. For the majority of this time a competitive bodybuilder. Through her personal journey, she saw how her obsession with her physique caused immense turmoil. The pressure to stay stage-ready and the mental burdens she carried were overwhelming. suffering with body image, mental health and food she realizing the impact on her well-being, she had to change!
She's now free from food addiction and body dysmorphia. Today, she dedicated to helping others overcome their personal challenges, whether it be weight loss, body image issues, food patterning, physical fitness or mental distortions. It's all about balance.
She creates long-lasting plans and provides tools for people to live more joyful lives, without confining her clients to restrictive plans they eventually fall off of. You can indeed have it all!
