Vision
True transformation begins with compassion, self-awareness, and empowerment.
I hope to redefine transformation by focusing on the whole person—body, mind, and lifestyle—and by creating goal oriented plans that work with your life, not against it. I believe sustainable change doesn't come from force or restriction, but from understanding, self-trust, and internal motivation.
Moving away from quick fixes and toward long-term growth by uncovering the patterns, habits, and beliefs that shape your behaviour and actions.
Creating awareness around your current struggles and providing compassionate support, I help shift your internal narrative—from self-doubt to self-trust.
My hope is for all of my clients to feel at home in their bodies and empowered to live with strength, purpose, and joy. There are no obstacles too big and no goals out of reach — we just need to find the right path forward together.
Mission
My mission is to support you in building a balanced, fulfilling life through a holistic approach to wellness—one that honours you as an individual.
Your body, mind, lifestyle, and past experiences all play a role in where you are today. Rather than masking symptoms or chasing quick fixes, I focus on uncovering the root causes behind what’s holding you back—whether that’s physical pain, emotional stress, or patterns that no longer serve you.
True transformation begins with compassion, self-awareness, and empowerment—not pressure or punishment. Through personalized coaching, education, and a supportive community.
I meet you where you are and walk beside you as you build sustainable, meaningful change.
This is more than fitness or nutrition—it’s a new way of life. A space for choosing balance over burnout, progress over perfection, and self-trust over self-doubt.

My Story
Earlier in my career, I competed as a bodybuilder — an experience that taught me discipline, structure, and physical resilience. Over time, it also revealed the limitations of rigid, appearance-focused approaches to health.
Stepping away from competition led me into a deeper exploration of my relationship with food, movement, and self-worth. Through education, intuitive eating, and mindset work, I rebuilt trust with my body and learned that true transformation doesn’t come from control or perfection — it comes from understanding, self awareness, and compassion.
That journey shaped the foundation of How 2 Be More — a space created for people who want to feel strong without burnout, nourished without restriction, and supported as individuals.
Today, I guide others using the same principles that helped me find balance: education, flexibility, self-trust, and respect for the body’s wisdom.
This is the same approach I now use to help others rebuild trust with their bodies, create balance with food and movement, and feel confident in who they are—not who they think they need to be.
