I don’t expect you to eat the same foods forever, so I provide a variety of recipes to keep things satisfying in the long term. All meal plans are personalized to your food preferences—you’ll never have to eat something you dislike!

Each online program also includes mobility exercises to help you stay pain-free and feeling great. Training plans focus on strength workouts, and there’s absolutely NO CARDIO—unless, of course, you enjoy it!
